14 team PPR and I can start QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, FLEX, FLEX, D

My lineup:
QB: Palmer
RB: Lacy/Ryan Mathews/Alfred Morris/CMike/Bradshaw/Buck Allen
WR: Alshon/Marshall/Demaryius/DGB/Givens/Welker
TE: Graham/Heath

His lineup:
QB: Rodgers/Bridgewater
RB: Ivory/Hillman/Forte/Langford/Andrews/Karlos Williams/Jay Ajayi/Joique/Vereen
WR: Fitzgerald (just lost Edelman)
TE: Rudolph

I'm stacked at WR and need a RB
He's stacked at RB and he needs a WR

What can I do to improve my team?

Can you move Alf after his most recent game and package him with Marshall for Ivory? Maybe use Demaryius for Forte a bit riskier for you since he and Langford may share but since Forte hasn't been playing most owners are "what have you done for me lately".

Tried doing both and the guy doesn't want to trade any of his RB's just like I don't want to trade any of my WR's. Right now we're at an impasse, I'm trying to send him Alf, Givens, Heath for Karlos Williams straight up. Not a major deal, but I get a huge lottery ticket in Karlos and he gets his WR in Givens (who I really don't want to trade either, but what can you do?)

Well that stinks since he's so loaded. Maybe you can get Ajayi and Williams for DGB and Givens? gives you depth and 2 lottery tix.
