What WW QB should I get? Non ppr

I'm tired of brees and his puny ff each week.
On the waiver wire I could get one of these 3. Who do you like?

A.Smith (seems reliable each week)
J.Flacco
R.Fitzpatrick

Fitz has Decker/Marshall and a good running game that defenses have to respect instead of blitzing non-stop. You can trade Brees for someone though, package him and another player for Palmer or something.
