WR waiver wire help?

I'm in a 12 team standard scoring league. Stacked at RB, but I'm hurting for a consistent WR.

I have Megatron (we've nicknamed him Minitron this season), Moncrief, Hankerson, and DJax (who hasn't returned from injury yet).

Available on waivers this week are Sammy Watkins (not sure how Taylor's absence affects his value) and Brandin Cooks. Should I drop either Hankerson or DJax for one of these guys?

For reference, full team is: QB: Dalton/Taylor, RB: Freeman/Lewis/Hyde/Yeldon, WR: Megatron/Moncrief/Hankerson/DJax, TE: Eifert, DST: streaming, K: Tucker

I'd rather have Watkins or Cooks over Hankerson, which one you decide on is up to you, I'd probably say Cooks just because he is still Brees' #1 target

You need to make some trades. You've got 2 QBs when you only need one and you've got some decent depth at RB. Why not trade Hyde/Moncrief for a true WR2 and clear up a space on the bench at the same time? If you really want to drop someone, I'd drop Hankerson for Cooks. Desean has possibility to be WASH #1 where Hankerson is clearly #2.
