Which WR would you rather have ROS in PPR? Hankerson, Desean or Decker?

I'm going for upside with a high floor.

I can start 4 WR a week and my current WR situation is:
-Marshall
-Alshon
-Davante Adams (IR)
-Ty Montgomery
-Marquess Wilson
-DGB
-Jaelen Strong
-Devante Parker
-Chris Givens
-Kevin White (IR)

I'm going to drop Strong & Givens on Tuesday morning.

Who would you rather have ROS: Hankerson, Desean, Decker
