Pick up Christine Michael in shallow 8-teamer?

8-team, 0.5 PPR league

QB: Palmer, Brees
RB: Bell, Dion Lewis, Bernard, Abdullah, Morris
WR: Megatron, Evans, James Jones, Landry, Kendall Wright
TE: Gronk

Pick up Christine Michael, and if so who to drop? Top candidates would be Morris, Landry, and Wright. All have value, but the idea would be that Michael has a higher ceiling than any of them.

I could understand dropping bell but still don't get how Christine michael ceiling is high in a 8 team until he gets over the -.10 fantasy total
