0.5 PPR, 2RB/2WR/1 Flex league. Just got offered this trade:
I get M. Lynch, Megatron
I give A Foster, E Decker
My other RBs: Le'Veon, Gore, Gordon
My other WRs: Cobb, J Brown, G Tate, K Wright, B Cooks

Yes, take this deal. Lynch should be fine, Megatron has had a really tough schedule so far, but looks good moving forward.
