If there are no good options for rbs on the waiver wire than i'd say go for it. The best WR for a potential RB1 and low end WR1 sounds good

potential is the key word - Foster may come back from his injury and may stay healthy... two big assumptions and throw in the fact that both Mallet/Hoyer and the entire offense is terrible. then theres the eagles... i would be looking for more if i owned Julio. .
