Trade: Chris Ivory for Keenan Allen
I've been offered his Allen for my Ivory, straight up. It's tempting as much as Allen is being utilized and Ivory is playing with an injury that could linger and losing some between the 20s work to Bilal Powell.

I was very happy to draft Ivory this year... I wanted him for a couple weeks before our draft based on his preseason and likely workload. I thought I had a real steal on my hands, especially getting him late in the 5th round. He's been great so far (aside from riding the pine this past week), but his schedule at least for the next few weeks is not a good one: @MIA, BYE, WAS, @NE. Yes, he gets OAK and JAX after that, but he then still has to face Buffalo, Miami, and New England again this year, along with Houston. It's a mixed bag. And while he still clearly seems like their lead back (especially in the red zone), Keenan Allen still seems like a bit of a steal for me. I think Ivory's value may be maxed out at the moment.

Here's my current team. 12-team league, standard scoring, no flex, start 2 RB and 3 WR.

QB Ryan Tannehill, MIA
QB Derek Carr, OAK
RB Adrian Peterson, MIN
RB Chris Ivory, NYJ
RB Frank Gore, IND
RB Matt Jones, WAS
RB Tevin Coleman, ATL (INJ)
WR Randall Cobb, GB
WR John Brown, ARI
WR Rishard Matthews, MIA
WR Michael Crabtree, OAK
TE Eric Ebron, DET

Obviously, AP always starts. At RB2, it's a weekly toss-up between Ivory and Gore, usually based on matchup. I think I could easily ride with AP and Gore the rest of the way and just use Coleman and Jones as bye week fill-ins. I CAN live without Ivory, but I hate let someone I wanted so badly and that has mostly met expectations so far go like that.

Am I crazy? Should I just jump on this and not look back?

I'd keep Ivory. Gore has been less than dependable. Freeman has buried Coleman. Jones a crap shoot because Washington is a crap shoot.. Chris Thompson out snapping Jones.. after this week both Peterson and Ivory are past bye weeks.. you can work the wire for a more dependable #3. I see your problem with 3 WR.. Cobb, Crabtree solid. Brown should get better but Fitz hogging his throws and they are pushing Floyd back in.. Solid RB's are a tougher find than WR's.. there seems to be a new hero WR weekly. I'd roll with Ivory and Peterson.. shop and stream WR's.
