What WEEK 3 QB should I role with and who's the best ROS QB?
I've been regulated to streaming a QB and choose Tyrod Taylor off waviers because my opponent has S.Watkins & L.McCoy playing against me this week in a league where QBs are awarded 6 points for TD passes and 0.5 points per passing yard; plus, there's no negative scoring. However, should I have gone with one of these other guys? ...and of this group who do you think will be the best QB to have season-long?

Nick Foles - he does have what appears to be a very favorable match-up this week (the Steelers secondary). Not sure what to make of his "rest of season" (ROS) outlook; though, I'm intrigued by his play thus far and with the possibility that he's yet to play with his best receiver (B.Quick). I also like that his team's defense is pretty good which should help get the ball back into his hands more often than not, but I believe the team will want to lean on a run game with the health of Gurley and Mason later on in the season.

Teddy Bridgewater - might be one of the better ROS QBs given his developing talent/skill, but I have concerns that the offense's system will require him to manage games more often than not with AP looking like he's back to being the primary option on offense.

Joe Flacco - not sure I trust him with his current receivers and facing the Bengals this week; he might be someone to consider as a ROS candidate once Perriman's healthy and demonstrates he's a player.

Kirk Cousins - his role as a game manager this year makes him pretty unattractive, but the defense is looking pretty good which should help get the offense back on the field and with an effective run game it can help set him up to be fairly efficient in the air and it's not like he doesn't have some weapons to work with. Not sure where his week 3 match-up and role places his floor/ceiling, but I'd guess it's not much different from his moderately low ROS outlook.

Derek Carr - will likely be throwing the ball a lot this year given the Raiders defense and he has the some nice weapons to support being fantasy relevant, but I'm not sure I like his match-up this week; the Browns defense is somewhat underrated. He could be a pretty good ROS candidate; especially, if he shows well two weeks in a row.

Ryan Mallett - dude chucked the ball over 50 times last week and without A.Foster playing he may do it again this week against a much easier defense; though, I'm hearing that Hopkins has a concussion which dampers any upside that may curtail because his inefficiency is horrible. Not a ROS candidate at all.

R.Fitzpatrick - a fairly average QB who's being asked to basically manage games, but does have some nice weapons to work with and his defense will give him opportunities. Has looked pretty good thus far and he may be someone who's floor/ceiling is worthy of ROS consideration.

holy crap that's the most I've ever seen written on here. I'm not reading all of that, but I will rank them in order of who I would pick up first: Bridgewater, Tyrod, Fitz, Foles, Flacco, Carr, Cousins, Mallett
