Bell comes back next week, he's going to get goal line carries, pass catches, he's an every-down back, and arguably the best RB in the league. Sure you lose Gronk and he is impossible to replace...but with Witten, Dez is now hurt for an extended period of time so Witten should see an uptick in targets in a good passing offense.
Based on your comment above, I'm pretty sure you could package Ivory &/or Sankey with another one of those guys for a WR to replace Cooper. Sankey is a good sell high candidate....though of the two I'd keep Ivory if possible.
So as Alan pointed out above: you lose the best/most difficult to cover receiver in the league....BUT you gain the best RB in the league and a decent TE substitute.
