Trade my Forte + others for his Dez + Hyde

I've already got jamaal charles at RB1. other RBS are latavius, gurley, foster, and gore.
my wr's are mostly 2nd year guys: cooks, matthews, martavis, jarvis.

it's a PPR league. Seems like I should, yeah? He might want Tom Brady too, and I've got Eli as a backup.

This depends on who he wants and what you lineup looks like. You mention he wants Brady and Eli is your backup. Does that mean Brady is your number 1, or do you have another QB? Brady and Forte is not better than Dez and Hyde. You really need to look at the whole team on this decision.

he's getting greedy and trying to grab cooks and jarvis on top of that. it's probably not going to happen. to answer your question, Brady is my #1. Eli is my backup. Bradford is on waivers as well.

I'm a little confused by the question -- I'd rather have Forte in that situation I think, but depends on your roster spots.
