Trade
Jason Witten, Markus Wheaton, C.J. Spiller (I lose)

Kyle Rudolph, Roddy White, Ameer Abdullah ( I get)

Lot to chew on here, but I think Witten is in the great decline and wont be a top 10 TE this year so I'm trying to sell high on him. Plus, Rudolph may be on the rise so this aspect of the trade doesnt bother me (plus its a TE, were talking about a marginal difference in points),

Roddy White may have a down year and Wheaton could have an up year but I still think I'm getting the upgrade here.

C.J. for Ameer is iffy. How much of the ameer hype should I buy into? Lions still say they will have a RB by committee which scares me a bit.

There's a lot of moving pieces here, but I think I am getting the better end of the deal. What do you all think?

    I would probably decline.

I think the main piece in this trade would be Ameer Abdullah and each day Bell gets healthier, the more it sounds like the Lions will give him the reigns vs the rookie. Then again, if Bell regresses or gets injuried, you have a lot of upside in Ameer.
Roddy is also post surgery and up there in age.
Sure Witten is older and may have an off year, but is Rudolph a big enough upgrade vs finding a week-to-week TE off of the waiver wire? If Witten's performance dips, you should be able to find someone to fill-in.
I think once healthy Spiller will fit in well with the Saints, at least we have a good understanding of what his role will be and what you can expect out of him.
