Todd Gurley and Davante Adams for Bishop Sankey and Sammy Watkins?

I was offered Bishop Sankey and Sammy Watkins for Todd Gurley and Davante Adams. Immediate reaction was that I would be losing this trade, but I also currently don't have a startable RB2 for at least the first game because Le'Veon Bell and LeGarette Blount are both suspended. I currently only have Isaiah Crowell available, and Gurley is questionable.
