Very tempted: Gordon + Matthews for Miller + Hopkins
Very tempted by this trade offer, what do you think? I'm huge on Matthews, but have Agholor and not sure about Gordon.

    At first look i was leaning toward no because im am very low on hopkins this year. Shaky QB play is hard to overcome and I just don't think he is talented enough to overcome it. However i do like miller over gordon and I like every WR on your bench so if hopkins does falter they could replace him or you could turn around and package hopkins with someone else and trade him.

    I lean towards yes just because you have a lot of ?s with all those young RBs.

    But I would be on the fence about it because I like MIller more than Gordon (as someone else said. He's a 2 down back and Chargers use woodhead in the redzone all the time) but I like Matthews more than Hopkins (again like others said, can Hoyer get him the ball? Can he beat double coverage?). I do like ARob at WR and if you believe the hype on him he could be a WR2 if Hopkins doesn't work out.

    I'd pull the trigger but it's not a surefire thing

    I would also rather have miller and hopkins. At this stage in training camp the reports are that Gordon hasn't picked up the blocking, making him a two down back. With woodhead being a 3rd down machine I lean towards miller, especially since he has no threats behind him. The chargers have never been afraid to use woodhead at the goaline either. As for Hopkins and Matthews, I would say that is personal preference. Do you believe in hoyer? Do you think defenses will double cover Deandre since they dont need to worry about a running game? I have Deandre higher but I think Matthews will be more consistent.

    I'd much rather have Miller and Hopkins. I think Miller will be better than Gordon and Hopkins better than Matthews.

    I wouldn't. You're giving up the best player in the deal and possibly even the best 2 players, Gordon dependent.
