Unique question...where to draft?

My league mates and I had a competition in the off season to determine draft order and the winner has told me he is going to take a mid-round (3rd or 4th) pick. I came in second so I basically can pick wherever I want. Players kept do not take away a draft pick, so, the first round is essentially the second round.

Keepers: Demaryius (me), Jamaal Charles, Lacy, AP, Lynch, Bell, Brown, Peyton, ODB, AJ Green

What pick should I look to go after? I feel the number 1 pick is too much risk / reward and I would be better suited letting round 1 play out and get two studs with the turnaround at pick 10.

What are your thoughts?

I would go like 3 or 4 whichever one the winner didn't chose. The first picks will probably be Dez, CJ Anderson, Julio, Calvin, Forte in some order and I would get one of them.

Assuming it's 8 people, I always like to get the last pick because you can get two solid players instead of putting all of your eggs in one basket.
