Draft Strategy
Would you pick up an extra QB or TE on your roster if you have a top 1 or 2 tier player in each position?
For Example: Would you draft a back up if you have Big Ben and Kelce or just stack your bench with RB's and WR's? I'm assuming if you have the likes of Gronk and A. Rodgers, you wouldn't get an extra QB and TE right? Thanks for any input...

I suggest stashing an extra QB. You're not likely to get a better QB on waivers than you could in the draft. Realistically, any RB or WR you draft in the last 4 rounds is a bench filler. ALSO, stashing a decent QB2 means that no one else in yer league gets to use him.

Finally, I am never a fan of planning constant waiver pick ups. The most under-rated part of Fantasy is the waiver priority. DONT WASTE IT picking up players every week. Last year CJ Anderson and Odell Beckham were late waiver pick-ups. You'd be pretty bummed if you wasted a top shot at one of those two just to fill a QB bye that you knew was coming...

I'd say stack the bench with WRs and RBs. If you wait on a QB and need a BYE week filler, guys can be found on the waiver wire pretty easily. Of course, it all depends on the flow of your draft....For example: In my 12 team non-PPR league I picked up Cam Newton at the end of Rd7, I wanted Matt Ryan but he was picked 2 rds prior and I wasn't going to invest in a QB that early. Then drafted Julius Thomas as my TE in RD8, wanted Kelce or Olsen but both went in two rds earlier.
I tried picking up a backup QB, namely Eli Manning, but he was picked two picks ahead in Rd11. So weighing my options, I decided to pick up Kendall Wright to round out my bench rather than getting a backup TE like Heath Miller, Eifert, Fleener, Donnell, Rudolph or getting a backup QB like Bradford, Bridgewater, Foles, Flacco, Palmer.

In summary, I had an intention on getting a backup QB and a backup TE, but since the draft flow changed I had to reevaluate my wants vs. options available. Plenty of TEs and QBs are left on the waiver wire so I went with WRs & RBs to add depth.
