Is there any chance that the commish is NOT cheating?

Here are the facts: I'm in a custom NFL Fantasy league. I just wanted a league to play so I joined a public one, we drafted, and everything was fine, though I was a bit pissed that the commish change the draft type to straight and changed the draft order a few minutes before the draft so he drafted first. Then after the draft he starts adding bench players (we're up to 3 additional bench players since the draft ended). NOW, he's got a trade with "another player" his Darren Sproles and Arian Foster for the "Other player's" Jamaal Charles. I put "other player" in brackets because I highly suspect that this other team is actually HIS team.
He claims that this other team is his "friend" and that me and one other team are the only players in the league that aren't friends of his. So far, I've been posting back and forth with him in the discussion area but no other teams have posted. Additionally, he has team owners vote to reject the trade, but he changed the trade reject deadline from 2 down to 1 days and they just haven't been online...assuming they're actually individual people and not just more accounts of his. I can't seem to get him to cut me from the league and I also can't drop of my own accord...advice?

change your name to BYE, drop and bench players, find new league....profit?

You can email ESPN using their 'Contact Us' page. I'd report this guy in a heartbeat.
