Questions
Make this early season trade?
I trade: Aaron Rodgers, Doug Martin, and Decker
I get: Tannehill, Abdullah, and DeSean Jackson.

This may seem not to equal, but I have rivers as my other QB and I have an issue where I have both Rodgers and Lacy and AJ Green and Bernard (flex starter) on my team. Which is not good for a week to week basis. This trade allows me to have a better flex in DeSean Jackson or Abdullah, and still get back a good receiver.

Ok, but even if we took Rodgers out of the equation, and put in Rivers instead, hypothetically...I'm still not sure I do this trade. I honestly wouldn't worry about the week to week thing. Rodgers and Lacy are going to start every week but their bye, obviously...but I'm not sure Gio stays an every week starter for you. There has to be a way to either play the WW and get a solid Flex option, or start new trade negotiations...negotiations where you're not thinking of giving up the best QB in fantasy for a marginal top 10 QB, a RB who isn't technically even the starter on his team, and a WR who still has to prove he can live up to the hype on his new team.

Having two Packers on your team is a Godsend, not a curse. AJ Green is definitely a starter and honestly you shouldn't make a trade that downgrades your QB severely just to get a better option at flex. As the season goes on there will be plenty of players that emerge as fantasy starters (personally think Doug Martin will be one of them) and you'll be fine
