PR/KR Draft Targets
My league (PPR) gives points for KR/PR (1pt/25yrds + 6pts/TD) so who should I be giving added consideration to? Randall Cobb is obvious (we have a 3 keeper, so he's off the board already). Tyler Lockett is interesting, although with the Seahawks you can't expect him to have great receiving numbers.

    DeSean Jackson or Percy Harvin possibly? to be honest most players that would be worth starting for their receiving or rushing don't end up returning kicks because of the injury risk, so it may not be worth starting someone for their returning alone.

    Yeah I agree that's typically true, but for the 3/4 players every year who are worth having as starters it gives them a nice boost. It makes Antonio Brown that much more valuable as an example.
