Need help with first & second round strategy involving keepers
I have Odell Beckham as a keeper in round 12. I am trying to decide if I should go RB RB in round 1 & 2 since the WR position is so deep. Then take a WR in the 3rd. Probably a Martavius Bryant or someone like that. My other strategy is just to go RB, WR, RB. I pick 8 in a 12 man league

I know it's boring advice, but just take the best player available in each round. If you try to stick to a certain strategy, you'll often end up reaching for a player and end up passing up a better one just because of the position they play. However, assuming I am choosing between equally ranked players each round, I'd probably go RB RB.

I'd go with RB RB then WR. At this point in the year (as long as you don't have roster restrictions) stock up on running backs. As the preseason progresses you'll see more running backs come to the front as others drop back, guys like Abdullah in DET and whoever breaks out in Dallas. Stock up on RB's and wait for them to rise up the board.

That being said try and take stable runningbacks that won't lose their carries in the first two rounds like Murray, McCoy and Foster.
