Pick 1 Keeper - 12 team PPR
Out of these players, which do you see as the best keeper and why? See below notes on trade offers for draft picks as well.

Eddie Lacy
Arian Foster
Calvin Johnson

We're also allowed to trade players preseason to other teams without viable Keepers for additional draft picks. I've currently received offers for Calvin Johnson( first pick in the 4th) and Eddie Lacy(late 4th and 7th)

Thanks for your thoughts, guys!

I'm going to be in the minority here it looks like based on what seems to be everyone jumping on the Lacy bandwagon. I like Lacy, don't get me wrong and being its PPR, that is something to note, but look at what Foster has done with a nobody at QB.... very similar numbers to Lacy last year! And he even had one more receiving TD than Lacy. Imagine if he had a guy named Rogers throwing to him...oh the potential! Another thing to consider with Foster is, word at camp is that he has fresher looking legs this year. So while Lacy is top 10 in PPR for sure........I'd put Foster in top 8...maybe even top 5. Keep Foster. Also, Packers will be Pass first.....Texans will be run first and seem to have an improved D so they will probably control the tempo in most games and even make a championship run.

In addition, I would definitely rule out Megatron, and make any significant trades for him that you could if you do keep him as he will probably start to decline this year. He will hit the 30 mark in September. It's time for him to pass the trophy to one of these new up and comers.

    glgl!

Lacy is the guy to go with because he's just a beast at running the ball.

Where are you in the draft order. Did you guys play for your spot? I finished first (in the consolation braket) I get to pick 1st overall. The reason I ask is because in this case I am able to drop either AP, A Brown, or Jamaal Charles and still have a shot at grabbing 1 of the other two at first go. If you have similar setup go ahead and do the math and see who you think might ge held and what decisions you'll have to make depending on your sport.

I lost in the Championship so I pick second to last in the 1st round. I can, however, trade one or two of these players for additional draft picks later in the draft. Right now I'm hoping to find someone willing to trade a late 2nd/early 3rd for Lacy and I'll probably take my current offer for Calvin at the first pick in the 4th(would give me back to back picks there). Our league gives bonuses for 100+ rushing games, and given Foster's consistency in this area (see recent numberFire article backing this), my gut is telling me this is the best way to build out a successful squad with depth. My only dilemma so far is getting someone to pony up a high enough pick for Lacy. If that doesn't work then I'll probably go with Lacy just for the long term promise, but I'm still concerned about those concussions. Dude is a violent runner.

Lacy without a doubt. Not only is he projected higher for this year, he's young and should have several good season remaining, whereas the other two are nearing the end of their prime.
