Championship game lineup help! (3 Questions)

I made it to the Championship game (thanks to the help of the Numberfire contributors and members)

Three questions:

Who to start at RB?
Who to start at Flex?
Who to start at D/ST?

1pt PPR league.

I need two RBs: DeMarco Murray, Lesean McCoy, or Fred Jackson.

I need a Flex starter: Julian Edelman, Mike Wallace, Kelvin Benjamin, or one of the remaining RBs mentioned above.

I need a Defense: Seattle, Baltimore, or New England.

My remaining lineup consists of Matt Ryan, Antonio Brown, Emmanuel Sanders, and Greg Olsen.

Bench: Kelvin Benjamin, Matt Asiata (picked up off the waivers due to Murray's injury), Mike Wallace, Travis Kelce.

I'm thinking about selecting Fred Jackson (due to the easy matchup w/Oakland) and DeMarco (assuming he is a full go). But what spooks me is not knowing if Murray will play or be limited on Sunday. Lesean is playing today, so I'm pressed to make a decision.

As for Defense: I think Seattle is my best bet.

As for FLEX: I think Edelman has the best chance to post a bigger day than Kelvin (covered by Joe Haden & playing with a hurt Cam). I also think Edelman is a better choice over a possibly limited Murray or McCoy.

Thoughts? Any suggestions?

Obviously start Murray and McCoy if Murray plays but if he does not put in Jackson for him. I also like Edelman as a flex. whoever's matchup is easier, start for def
