Help With Playoff Strategy Please!

I'm in first place in my 12-team PPR league with a 9-2 record and I'm just thinking about the playoffs now. I pick up a new defense every week and have been told that I should hang on to 2 good defenses for my playoff run. Right now I have the Colts defense for this upcoming week 12.

1. Should I keep the Colts defense for playoffs?
2. If I should pick up a second defense for my bench to use for playoffs which team should I use: Lions, Vikings, Cardinals, Titans, or the Broncos defense.

Please help me out here!
