Is that even an upgrade? My only RB's are: Rainey, Hill, Bush, Sankey, Pierre

    I'd stay put, Sproles hasn't done anything since Week 2 and if nothing else Rainey will get some run this week.

    Keenan Allen? I wouldn't trade Allen for Sproles straight up. Let alone giving up Rainey.

    I'm assuming you drafted at least a few of these guys: Peterson, Ball, Martin, Rice, Stacy, Gerhart, Spiller/Jackson.

    sproles is too inconsistent for me dude. i traded for him after he blew up, and i think his high point total since then was 9. woof. stay away.
