Should I trade LeSean McCoy for A.J. Green and Mark Ingram?

I'm currently 8th in a 10 team PPR re-draft league, 3-5, which is actually only one game back of a playoff spot. One owner in particular, who's in 1st at 7-1 (and an Eagles fan), has been targeting McCoy for a while, and I've gone back and forth on the idea, throwing around a few trade ideas.

Most recently he offered me A.J. Green and Mark Ingram for McCoy; given that Ingram already played this week and Green is coming off of injury, that offer is tabled until at least after Week 9 has been played.

My team:

QB - Brady, Stafford
RB - McCoy, Ronnie Hillman, Shane Vereen, Darren Sproles, Pierre Thomas, Montee Ball
WR - Julio Jones, Alshon Jeffery, Cordarrelle Patterson, Allen Robinson, Josh Gordon
TE - Jordan Reed
K - Prater
D/ST - Houston

His Team:

QB - Luck, Foles
RB - Ingram, Ahmad Bradshaw, Branden Oliver, Fred Jackson, Bryce Brown
WR - Green, Randall Cobb, Jeremy Maclin, Brandon LaFell
TE - Julius Thomas, Zach Ertz
K - Parkey
D/ST - Cleveland, Buffalo

Is Green and Ingram for McCoy a good deal, provided Green is actually healthy? Is Ingram for real/the return of McCoy's line not going to make much of a difference?

And, barring that deal, are there any other ones between us you'd think are plausible? He's expressed some interest in Gordon but after holding onto him for this long I'd kick myself if I traded him for a WR2 or 3 and he goes off.

A definite upgrade on your part if Green stays healthy and Payton stays committed to the run especially when PThomas comes back. I would do it
