Running Back Troubles....

I need to figure out what RB to start in a .5 PPR League. I already have Ronnie Hillman at RB1. I currently have Tre Mason, Charles Sims & Jonas gray. Available on the wire pick up is Isaiah Crowell, Juwan Thompson and Bobby Rainey who are considerable. Who would give me at least double digits points. I can't lose this week!

I'd drop Mason and pick up Rainey. That might sound crazy, but then you're set up for whichever RB Tampa Bay moves to once they finally shove Martin to a backup role: you'll have Sims AND Rainey.

Gray should be a good backup, though I'd give that situation another week or two to see if there's any consistent pattern that emerges with the New England backfield. (Sadly, that's unlikely. Curse you, Belicheat!) Mason is going to be hardest to predict, since that's a true three-headed monstrosity right now in St. Louis.

So, let Mason go and roll with Rainey opposite him this week. Or Sims if he's announced as the starter.
