Should this trade be Vetoed?

A guy in our league is trying to pull off this trade:
He's trading away Eddie Lacy, Malcolm Floyd, & Eagles D to get Lesean McCoy & Jordy Nelson in return. Would you see this as some collusion going on and would you veto this?

8 team: 6
