Bye Week QB Pick-Up
Standard league. I'm looking ahead at week 10 (I know, but my league mates are sneaky) because I have a bunch of IND players that will be on bye (Kicker, QB, RB). QB is pretty important and I have fill-ins for the other spaces needed. I'm looking at the Week 10 match-ups so I can go for my QB on the waivers before others grab them. Need some input on who to target:

Big Ben vs NYJ --big game this week and weak opponent
Palmer vs St. Louis
Tannehill vs Detroit
Flacco vs Ten

Those are probably my best options.

    I'd vote for Roethlisberger or Palmer. Tannehill would be okay, but Detroit's defense is still nasty and they'll be coming off their bye...in Detroit.

    Flacco has good upside in that matchup, but they'll probably want to just run it down the Titans' throats.

    Big Ben against a POOR dysfunctional J-E-T-S Ssecondary.

    Besides...he is in a PASS first offense....dont tell anyone lol

    I would go Palmer vs the Rams personally. Big Ben will fall down to Earth. He won't need to continuously throw like he did Week 8 since the Jets won't keep it close.

    I forgot to add that Colin Kaepernick is also available. Versus New Orleans. Does that change your view? I agree about Ben. Just weighing my options, especially because him doing well might lead people to add him and I can sneak and pick up a QB that will help me more.

    I would be tempted by Kaep against New Orleans. It is at the Dome, so the Saints are going to put up points. Kaep will be throwing and he gets you those rushing yards. Safest play by far of the group.

    I like Roethlaieilkjshaguer this week, though his big game will attract plenty of attention. I'd look at Alex Smith vs. Jets or maybe Dalton at Jax (if Green is back) if they're available, otherwise ... probably Tannehill.

    I think you're looking at Week 9. I"m looking at week 10. Smith is against Buffalo and Dalton is againt Cleveland. I didn't love Tannehill because of the Detroit match-up. I liked Ben (although I agree, he might get lots of attention) because of his match-up (NYJ)
