For a backup QB in a standard league, week 9 (Cutler - bye week for my team) onwards, should I drop Hoyer or pick up RG III or Andy Dalton?

It depends on who your qb is though(im assuming either ryan, stafford or rodgers, unless your starter is cutler, pick up rg3 because he has bigger potential to be a superstar in fantasy, SO pick up rg3, unless cutler is your starter
