when to veto?

When is right time to veto a trade? When a trade is lopsided? when you believe the trade 2 owners colluding to make one team better? some other time?
on that note, should this trade be veto'd? Roddy White, DeAndre Hopkins for Reggie Bush, Brian Quick.

No veto unless obvious collusion. Or if one of the teams is statistically out of the playoffs in redraft leagues. Keepers are different.

I don't see a huge problem with this trade.

Im in a league with all lawyers - so we've gotten into this debate a lot (word to the wise - dont be friends with lawyers, they take the fun out of everything). But after an intense policy debate, we have decided that the only appropriate time to veto is if you believe there is collusion between the owners. Given that I dont know anything about the owners who made this trade, but on its face, I believe the value to be approximately even enough that it doesnt suggest collusion to me.
