Trade Advice
I am in a 0.5PPR, highly-competitive league. At 3-4, I am actually on track for the last playoff spot. But I have a team that really underperforms. I am exploring trading Matt Forte to enhance some of my depth and squeeze out some underperformers. As background, I have Matt Stafford as QB but have been streaming.
I have Travis Kelce and Jordan Reed at TE.
I have Forte, Shady McCoy, and Doug Martin at RB.
I have Maclin, Crabtree, Welker & Mike Evans at WR.
Trade #1:
Receive: Aaron Rodgers, Frank Gore
Give: Matt Forte, Jordan Reed
---- net I increase my QB production, don't give up any TE ground, and my RB production drops by a good 10 points/week
Trade #2:
Receive: Jimmy Graham, Ahmad Bradshaw, Vincent Jackson
Give: Forte, Reed, Corrdarrelle Patterson (claimed off waivers this week)
--- net: TE slight upgrade, WR slight upgrade, RB downgrade
I'm leaning towards accepting NEITHER and just seeing how my team performs. But perhaps I'm overlooking a big buy-low opportunity that you guys/gals see. Thoughts?

0Heisenberg (482 Reputation Points)Hate trade 1. QB is easy position to fill and you are fine with Stafford. Don't like trade 2 either. You are losing the best player in the deal and not gaining enough. Forte is not a guy I'm looking to move. Now if someone wants to pay up for Shady, that's another story. But it'd have to be Shady for WR/RB.
