Trade away Foster to get Gronk?
My RBs are Foster, Ellington, Sproles, Joique Bell, and Pierre Thomas. My TEs are Jordan Cameron and Owen Daniels. Standard scoring. I'm a little bothered that this was offered after it's too late to play Gronk this week. I think I am giving up way too much here, but want to double-check before I decline the trade. What do you think?

I feel like the only value I'd be getting from Gronk is as a possible flex play, and that I cannot afford to lose one of my consistent starters at RB for someone I don't need that much.
