Marshall and Bradshaw for Cruz and RJennings?

I mainly want Jennings because I need a good RB2 (and my WR1 is Antonio Brown, which means my receiving corps will not be crippled, especially as I also have Edelman as my Flex). I am not sure how much I trust Cruz, but he has been pretty solid in our PPR league after his bad first week. Bradshaw cannot possibly maintain his current output, and Richardson is improving enough to limit his value in the rushing game (not to mention the minor ankle issue). With all the capable receivers the Colts possess, I am not sure how much longer I will be able to count on him to provide respectable points. As for Marshall, although his ceiling is huge, his ankle injury is clearly an issue which is not healing well given his constant usage, and Cutler seems happy enough to offer up passes to the other weapons on the team. I mention the league is PPR because Marshall is definitely more of an endzone threat than Cruz, but Cruz seems to be collecting receptions more reliably, and I would rather have a consistent hundred yard receiver with few touchdowns than a receiver with few yards and fair touchdown potential. That all said, perhaps I am missing some consideration, which is why I want to ask here.

Jennings is a workhorse for the Giants at this point, so that's a definite upgrade over bradshaw. Marshall is a little stronger than Cruz but with the weapons the bears have, Cutler doesn't care who gets the TDs. I kinda like this trade.
