    Should I pick up Tate instead of trading my Kelce for his Stacy? My other TE is Gronk.

    Why not both? I like Kelce though, Stacy has a tough schedule and is on a fairly bad offense, so I'm not expecting much out of him. I would see what you could get for Gronk.

    Depends on the risk you want to take on. Tate is a known quantity and may give you a few good weeks until he gets injured again (matter of time) while McKinnon is a pure speculative play with lots of upside (he had one good game) and may need to sit on your bench until he gets more consistent.
