Should I trade for Eddie Lacy?

I was offered Lacy for Fred Jackson Jeremy hill and kelvin Benjamin. I also have Andre Ellington gio Bernard and rashard Jennings as my RBs and calvin Johnson Jeremy maclin michael Floyd Marvin jones and Josh Gordon as my wrs.

That's way too much to pay right now for lacy and I'm a packers fan. I'd counter with at the very most hill and Benjamin for lacy. Benjamin is a top 10 Wr right now and I expect him to stay in the top 20.
