Trade or just Waiver? 1/2 PPR
I was offered Larry Fitz for Gerhart.

I have Forte, Bernard, F Jackson, J Hill, and T West for RBs and Marshall, K Allen, Decker, Welker, Quick, and Sanu for WRs.

I was going to drop West for Kelce or Jordan Matthews on the waivers (I have the last claim of the week, so I don't know if either will last to me), but if I do the trade, I was thinking I would just try for Kelce, as I need a flex this week with all my byes. I just don't know how I feel about Fitz when I have decent WRs...help please!

I'd do it. Gerhardt has been a bust and JAX is going to be playing from behind all year.

I'd do the deal. Gerhardt hasn't done anything and JVille is horrible. Fitz could be a great bye week fill-in and strengthens you at WR while losing Gerhart is no big deal. I recently cut him loose.

Yeah that's true. I was already thinking of getting rid of Gerhart this week.

I don't think it's smart to give up on a 3 down back that gets goal line carries and catches passes. It's only been 3 weeks, give it time. I could be wrong, but the sample size is too small right now.

A 3 down back that gets goal line carries and catches passes but hasn't been able to stay healthy even when playing second fiddle to Adrian Peterson and who plays on a team that has trouble scoring is a bad investment in my opinion.

    My thoughts exactly.

I know Gerhart hasn't been good, but I wouldn't bail yet. His value is about the lowest it will ever be. Fitz doesn't do anything for you.

My issue is that he's on the worst offense in the NFL so they don't get the opportunity to run because they are always playing from behind.
