0-3 this year - am I panicking or is this a good trade?

I'm off to a bad start this year and I think I need a few changes to get back in it. 16 team league, standard scoring.

My team -
QB - peyton, carr
WR - deandre hopkins, kendall wright, cooper, hurns
RB - ellington, forsett, steven jackson, pierre thomas, shonn green
TE - witten
K - crosby
DEF - cinci

Trade on the table is Steven Jackson and Welker for Demariyus Thomas

Thoughts?

Easy trade - mediocrity for proven WR1 talent...Denver will get it right after next week's buy.

I would tentatively say yes but where you really need help is running back. There isn't an RB1 on your depth chart.

I'd do it in a second. RB's are a dime a dozen this year. Thomas should be legit after the bye going forward
