I already have Graham as my te1, Davis would be either flex, injury, bye week play...I currently have D.Allen as my back up te. Opinions?

How is Davis on your waiver wire? Yes, absolutely add him, you could easily trade him after he has one of his TD happy weekends for a solid starting player.

another guy in the league I think is punch drunk with 1/2 his drops...he seems to drop good players based off weekly available. He dropped Vernon Davis and C.J.Spiller the other day.

Yes. I'd do it. You could trade him for someone valuable. as teams get closer to the playoffs, they'll want an elite TE and Davis could fetch you a nice return.
