Zack Ertz, Michael Crabtree or Trent Richardson for Flex?
I like Ertz but keep waffling...

Ertz is good but there's really only 2-3 TEs worthy of flexing, imo (Gronk, Graham, or Thomas assuming you own 2 of them). Who is your starting TE btw? I get the reasoning. I'd still lean towards Crabtree. Not totally sold on Ertz being an elite tight end.
