Trade Ball/Romo for Ryan/Stacy?

I am looking to upgrade from Romo at QB but am currently starting Ball and think he'll have a big year. Is it worth swapping Ball for Stacy if I can upgrade from Romo to Ryan?

Yes it's worth it.
Ryan has done much better and even though Rams offense is trash, Stacy will get touches since the QB situation sucks there.
