Peyton Manning or Nick Foles for week 3?
Any other week, this would be a no brainer! I am in a standard 8 team, 2 QB league. My starting QBs are usually Aaron Rodgers and Peyton Manning. I don't see Foles going for Manning like numbers, but I don't see Manning going for Manning like numbers either... If the Denver/Seattle game was at Denver, this would be much easier. But that Seattle D with the 12th man is INSANE!

Point System as Follows: 25 yards per point, 5 points at 300 yards, 6 points at 400 yards, 6 points per passing TD, 40+ yard passing TD = 3 points, -1 point for INTs.

    Rephrased: EVERY WEEK THIS IS A NO-BRAINER. Play Peyton Manning. You paid a lot for him for a reason. Go down swinging. If Foles outscores Manning, so be it. But how awful will it be if you play Foles in the much more likely scenario where Manning outscores him? No-brainer.

    I'll play the devils advocate here. Match-ups MUST be taken into consideration as well as what you spent draft wise for a player. EVERY top QB has been shut down in Seattle...I asked this same question when Bress played there last year and was told the same thing...play your stud....Iost 15 FPs that week to the QB on my bench cause Brees got locked down.

    Just because a great player is drafted high doesn't mean he's going to play great everywhere, every week and sometimes the writing IS clearly visible on the wall.

    The only good outcome for Manning this week is if they copy the Bolts plan and attack Seattle with the TE and Manning and Thomas hook up for 3 TD's. Otherwise Ball, Demaryius and Sanders/Welker will get shut down...

    I would think Sea is going to be very hungry to win this at home.
