Should I accept this trade in a PPR Dynasty League

Steve Smith has started the season as the X guy in the Kubiak offense but it is only a matter of time before Torrey takes over that role. Generally that role is a target monster who crushes in PPR. Terrance will be playing behind Dez for many years to come and Torrey is the inevitable #1 WR in that offense.
