With Wes Welker being reinstated, who should i play in my flex spot?

This is for a .25 PPR league. Current lineup and flex options are:
RBs - Arian Foster, Frank Gore
WRs - Calvin Johnson, Michael Crabtree
Flex options - Wes Welker, Pierre Thomas, Steve Smith(BAL), and Fred Jackson

I would flex FJax. He is at home vs SD.
Or Pierre Thomas at home vs Minn. Increased workload with Ingram out. But Robinson might take those carries.

But would lean toward FJax.

Welker has been out for a few weeks. He stil needs some time to get back into the flow.
Smith is playing a tough CLE D.

I like Pierre Thomas, at home, in the dome, against a 'sorry' MIN team, esp with the PPR addition. Though if they go up a lot, I think Khiry gets to run out the clock over Thomas. Im a bit worried about Welker without the reps against Seattle, though it did look like the way to beat sherman was with quick guys underneath.

b/c of the ppr my wr's would be Johnson, Smiff and flex Welker. I hate crabtree so.........hes a sorry receiver...... ;)

LOL actually no, lifelong Tampanian so Im a Buc (hanging my head in shame) I just have never liked Crabtree and think hes overrated. I just had to throw in the sorry receiver part b/c it was crabtree.
