Trade - Would you do it?

My current TE is V. Davis and am not a fan of his consistency. I'm strong at WR, but am weak at the running game (E. Lacy & C. Ivory are my two starters. Flex is a WR).

I would get: Delanie Walker (TE), Zac Stacy (RB) and DeAndre Hopkins (WR)

I would give up: Eddie Lacy & Wes Welker

Agreed. Do not do that. Walker just had the game of his career. Unless you have Jimmy Graham, you have to accept that inconsistency is part of the TE position.
