Gore + Ridley for Cutler + Panthers D/ST
Might sound like I'm giving up alot, but Gore is behind Forte and Murray (and maybe Ellington) and Ridley would be behind Bradshaw as well (and hopefully I should be able to get Donald Brown / Khiry off the waivers too). My current QB is Kaep and I havent played a D/ST so far this year (got blown out in the first week by Marshawn, LeVeon, Julius and Matt Ryan, and then won comfortably last week).

    What do you mean you haven't played a defense? So, you just took a zero? That seems dumb. I like Cutler this year. He and McCown were the 3rd best QB last year. I'd do it. Ridley's a dumpster fire every other week and Gore slows down every year late. Might as well get some value. RB depth is overrated, especially if you have two studs like Murray and Forte. Ellington's started slow. I think he'll be a fine RB3/flex. Whatever happens, you should play a defense though. You're giving up a 20% or better chance every week to get an easy 15-20+ points playing match ups.

    Well the first week I got blown out by 50 points - I was planning to pick one up (Detroit against the giants), but I was already out of the contest so instead grabbed someone with high upside to see how they went. Last week I did the same thing because I was going to win comfortably.

    I wasn't planning on not playing a D/ST, it just happened that both contests in the first weeks weren't close.

    i wouldnt this is the week with all the injuries that you should be able to get something for these guys....id keep my rb depth handy unless i get an offer that i cant refuse

    Yeah. But I don't think I can get anything that helps me quite as much (need a QB and a D/ST more than anything else)
