Of the guys you've mentioned, I like Bradshaw and Pierce, but both of them are splitting time. None of them have the potential of Gerhart who is the undisputed main man for his team. I'd give it another week if there are that many quality backs on your waiver wire. If Doug Martin struggles again, Rainey might be a good option as his coaches might conclude that he should be the full time starter.
