Need RB help - Would you do this trade?

Standard scoring, my RBs are:

Forte, SJax, T. West, C. Hyde, J. Hill, B. Sankey, M. Asiata

I plan on dropping Asiata for Donald Brown, but I'm far down the waiver order, so I don't know if I can count on that. Probably will not get him.

So I was just proposed this trade:

I give up R. Gronkowski and J. Gordon
I get C.J. Spiller and G. Olsen.

Frankly, I consider this trade to pretty much just be Spilller and Olsen for Gronk. I've commented on a handful of Josh Gordon related posts as of this morning's news about his guilty plea for his DWI, so I'm not going to re-type it out here, but it's looking really bad for him - probably not going to be able to play until Week 13. Even if the outlook were better, unfortunately because of Sankey and SJax not living up to their draft position, I'm not really an owner that can afford to sit on Gordon for 11 more weeks.

So...as the players go...I like Spiller, and I don't think Buffalo gives up on their commitment to put the ball in his hands. Unfortunately, I wouldn't get his return yards, but any TDs he scores on returns I would get. Downgrading from Gronk to Olsen is...not as bad as it seems?

I'd target someone like Morris and forget Spiller.

You definitely need RB help but I wouldn't trade Gordon until the dust settles as he may still only get 10 games. Depending on that and if you think you have a good chance of getting into the playoffs, you might want to hold on to him. Plus you still have West to cover at RB2 for the next week or two.

I'd play the waiver this week because the drop from Gronk to Olsen and the loss of Gordon will hurt you in the long run.
