I'm in a full point ppr league that gives a 5 point bonus at 100 yards rushing/receiving yards.

I wouldn't. The Bucs offence looks like crap. Kelvin is gonna be dope. V-Jax is like Victor Cruz, good player stuck with mediocre QB and bad offence.
