    Both of those guys are very short-term solutions. If you have holes to fill, pick them up. Maybe even start looking into a trade for one of them (maybe Charles' owner will give you something if you get him Davis?). But if you're solid and you are looking for long-term depth ... maybe take a chance on a guy like Rainey who could take over the #1 position, or get an upside WR like Quick or Jones.
