Who to drop for Knile Davis?

Here is my current roster:
QB: Cutler
WR: Julio Jones, Emmanuel Sanders, Kelvin Benjamin, Cruz, Hilton, and Gordon (3 WRS start each week)
RB: McCoy, Bernard, Vereen, Hyde (2 RBS start each week)
TE: Cameron and Allen (just picked up Allen for Cameron's injury)

I am contemplating picking up Knile Davis. Bernard is on bye Week 4. Assuming Charles is out is Davis the better RB2 over Hyde and Vereen? If I do pick up Davis who should I part with... I am thinking Hilton or maybe Vereern? Thoughts? As always, thanks for the insight!!:

I'm leaning that you not do anything. I also have Gio and Vereen and plan to start him week 4. You aren't that deep at RB that you can drop him. I'd also keep Allen since you don't have another TE option if Jordan is out. If you really want to do it, I'd probably drop Hilton, he is so unpredictable. I'll also add that Gordon probably only helps you if you make the playoffs.

Maybe Allen? Maybe you don't do it at all? I don't see you playing Davis immediately, and he's not going to be valuable for long.

so... don't claim him... I need Allen for Cameron's week 4 bye then i would drop him after that..I just don't know if Charles is going to be out for multiple weeks if Davis would be a good pickup or not.

Davis will probably be a solid-to-high RB2 when Charles is out. But that's likely going to be a small portion of the season, and you need to think about the entire season.
